Sorry it has been so long. We have just been busy! I went back the the doctor today for my 28 week checkup. She did a sonogram and everything with the babies looks great! They weigh about 2 pounds 11 ounces and 2 pounds 9 ounces. She said we couldn't ask for anything better!!! The are also both head down....they can move at any time but hopefully they will stay put and I wont have to have a c-section. I go back at 30 weeks and then start going every week. I will scan some pictures and put them up soon. Thanks for your continued prayers!!

Life is full of Surpises!

No, we are not having triplets! haha....
Here is a quick update on the babies. We went to a specialist on Monday and he did an ultrasound to check on the babies. I am so thrilled that we got an excellent report!! He said everything looks great and I wont go back to see him--only my regular ob. The big news from the appointment is that we found out that we are now having TWO BOYS!!!!
I am 5 months/20 weeks now and the doctor said that the average twin birth is at 34-36 weeks. Hopefully we will make it to 36!!!

IT"S TWINS!!

We found out in the middle of December that we were going to have another baby! We were extremely excited. When I went in for my checkup at the beginning of January the ultrasound technition said "I am seeing two sacs".....WHAT!! Yes, she said you are having twins and I have good heartbeats for them both. Needless to say I was in complete shock! (I was seven weeks at this point.) I now understood why I had been so so sick. I was never sick much with Allie or Norris. Bradley was so great and took care of me, the kids and the house--plus our puppy patten! Although I think he would agree that if it had gone on much longer it wouldn't have been a pretty sight at our house! Anyway, I went back to the doctor today and found out that the babies are doing just great! What a blessing....we have been worried and anxious that everything was going good. We also found out that we are having a GIRL and a BOY!! She was sure on the boy at felt confident on the girl although it is early. She said everything was looking good so far. Baby A (the girl) is measuring 14 weeks and 6 days and Baby B (the boy) is measuring 15 weeks and 1 day. So they are both about a week ahead. We could never have asked for more! Please keep us in your prayers...that the babies will continue to develop healthy and that they will be happy "staying put" for a long time! I dont go back to the doctor until March 26 and then we will do the "big ultrasound" where they will check everything--all the organs. I will try to keep this updated although I havent been very good lately-mostly because I havent felt well.
